The BIGGER picture (Personal Transformation)

Think about a map. A lot of people use Google Maps on their phone to get directions to go to wherever they are going. Look at that map and then zoom out, zoom out from the map so where you're not just seeing the streets. You actually zoom out to where you can see more of a whole state and or a couple of states, a larger portion of the region and so on. It's very easy regarding the amount of information that we have coming through these days, increased sensitivity, different things that are going on in our lives and also that's going on within the collective. So it's very easy for us to get super focused on individual situations in our lives and or hyper focused on things that are going on in the collective and worldly stage. You can get really focused in on these things and when we do that hypersensitivity hyper focus is going to really distract us from the bigger picture. So when you find yourself being very honed in on either the elections or some some other stuff that's going on in the world. If you find yourself being stressed because of the situation and your not feeling in tune, aligned with yourself and or happiness is not flowing through you, zoom out! What I mean by that? Look at the bigger picture. Take a minute, just like that map that you zoom out on Google Maps. Leave those individual things that you were focusing on, hyper focused on and zoom out! Instead of looking at them individually or trying to push them out of your mind. Just zoom out from them and look at the bigger picture of the world. Focus on your individual happiness. Re-center yourself. Re-align your awareness with your own peace and harmony. Instead of getting super hyper focused on the drama around the election and all kinds of other things.

These days with this acceleration of change that we're going through. These types of different things coming up in our lives are not going to slow down. So it's up to every individual to know how to adjust and change with these different experiences. These changes and acceleration of our personal transformation that we're going through. So it's different techniques that have to be integrated. Everyone's got to integrate and how to basically operate more in peace and alignment within yourself. So this technique of okay I'm getting stressed. This stress is not really beneficial for me to focus on anymore. So therefore I need to take a breath, Zoom out and look at the bigger picture!
